Kate brings a background of crisis intervention to long and short-term counselling. She provides a non-judgemental, safe environment to clients of all ages looking for support through tough circumstances.

With education and experience in mental wellness and addictions, Kate uses a variety of skills to encourage empowerment and motivation to achieve an overall wellbeing.

Kate is extremely passionate about mental health and supporting others to achieve their goals. With years of experience, she tailors each experience to best suit needs and meets the client at where they are, working together through difficult situations.

As a local to Kemptville, she looks forward to supporting other community members through their journey of healing. Outside of her profession, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, drinking a warm tea with a good book, and traveling.
