Join Registered Herbalist Rebecca Graves and step into the world of herbal medicine through this seasonal, hands-on introduction to working with plants. Over four monthly classes, you’ll learn how to identify common medicinal herbs, understand how they support different systems of the body, and prepare them in a variety of traditional ways, including teas, tinctures, oils, salves, vinegars, and root decoctions.
Each class blends practical remedy making with accessible herbal theory, helping you build confidence in choosing and using herbs in everyday life. As the season progresses from early summer into fall, you’ll follow the natural rhythm of the plants, moving from fresh flowering herbs to deeper root medicines.
All materials are included, and participants will take home the remedies they create in each class.
You are welcome to attend the full series or register for individual classes. Each session stands alone as a complete learning experience, while also building naturally as part of the full journey through the season.
